"We purchased a condo in 2016 from Laura, upon a referral from a friend. We had a unique situation, as we live overseas and we were in search of a condo during our visit to Florida. Laura was very thorough in finding out what our needs and requirements were to assist in finding us the perfect place. We looked at several condos and once we made our decision, the process of negotiating and purchasing was handled very well. We appreciated the patience and courtesy Laura showed based on the time differences between us. "When we moved to Cape Coral we only knew one person! She recommended Laura Christiano to help us find a home. Laura listened to our needs and found 10 homes that where suited to our criteria. We looked at all the homes in one day because we were on a tight schedule. We bought the last house we looked at!! It was unbelievable. Laura was so informative about the Cape Coral area too, you can tell she is proud of her hometown. We were able to handle the closing on our house via fax and wire transfer since we were out of town. Laura is not only an agent but someone I now call friend. Her entire office is so kind and gracious. I would highly recommend them to anyone. "Laura and Chris came highly recommended to me by a friend of mine who sold her home in Cape Coral last year. As I live on Long Island and was looking to sell a rental property in Cape Coral, I needed someone who I could trust. Laura was very knowledgeable and professional and was extremely responsive by phone, e-mail and texts throughout the entire process. She sent me comps and advised me on the suggested listing price. She also advised me on recommended fix-up expenses, and I used her team for some of the landscaping and other clean up projects. The listing was very well written, and she did a great job with professional photos of the house. The house got over a thousand views on Zillow, and we had an accepted and fair offer but 10 days after listing! The entire contract and closing process went very smoothly as well.Could not be happier with the services provided and I give Laura and her team an A+ rating all around."

"We were nervous about buying a home and not positive we were ready. We found something on zillow we liked so I clicked more information, which led me to a phone call from Laura. She was very professional and helpful. she sent us houses that fit our wants, and showed us every one we wanted to go look at. Our work schedules are hectic but she was always willing to work around them to get us into see the houses we were interested in. Eventually we found our dream house."

"My family and I decided to relocate from out of state after a job became available we just could not turn down. We found Laura and her team on Zillow when we saw a house she had listed we thought might meet our needs, but we wanted to look at all of our options, but had time constraints for finding a home (less than 45 days) and were selling our home out of state. To top it off, we have 3 small children! We showed up in Cape Coral on a Saturday morning ( kids in tow) and Laura and her team had properties lined up and waiting. We completely shifted gears on what we needed after looking at all of Cape Coral in a few short hours, and Laura was happy to find us the exact home we wanted on Sunday afternoon, and meet us there with less than 30 minutes notice to see if we liked it. We loved it! We did all paperwork seamlessly online. We were even able to move in a week before closing due to Laura’s gracious negotiating skills on helping our large family with young children relocate. We could not have been happier. When we arrived in Cape Coral on a Saturday afternoon with our entire lives packed up in 2 vehicles, there was Laura, waiting on the sidewalk with keys and dinner in hand for our first moments in our new house, 900 miles from where we started. We could not have been more blessed by our choice in Laura as our realtor. Closing was seamless and we have been here 2 weeks and are still talking about great our realtor was in getting us here."
